Fall, In Love
With love,
C C Keaton
To commemorate this fall season
And in keeping with my rhyming reason
I searched for some scriptural cohesion
To express this warmth’s adhesion
To my heart, I just, must share in repletion
“Let my teaching fall on you like rain; let my speech settle like dew. Let my words fall like rain on tender grass, like gentle showers on young plants.”
Deuteronomy 32:2 NLT
““I’m in a desperate situation!” …“But let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great…””
2 Samuel 24:14 AND
1 Chronicles 21:13, NLT
“And he added, “God blesses those who do not fall away because of me.””
Matthew 11:6 AND
Luke 7:23, NLT
“Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.”
Psalms 37:24 NLT
“When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father,”
Ephesians 3:14 NLT
