No mere words can satisfactorily describe
The depths of God’s great LOVE for humankind
It can’t be measured in capacity
Breaks all rules of proportionality
Jesus’ allure pulls greater than gravity
The love we have in Christ Surpasses all rationality
It reaches down from Heaven
To yank us out of deep waters super-organically
And with a gentle, compassionate brutality
Aims to destroy our rebellious vanity
While it comforts our pains and heals our sanity
The love of God chases after us irrationally

A chance to restore
Every human life to a state of wholeness, relationally
So, through giving, forgiving, grace, and unity
We’ll discover the immeasurable depths of God’s unique amity
Where His only Kingdom rule is Love infinitely!
