Body, Soul, Spirit
Time, Space, Matter
Purpose, Abilities, Intention
All swimming in a mysterious batter
Breath, blood, living water
Thoughts, desires, appetites
Seeds, Soil, Light
Created by and for Heavenly delight
I am a spirit
Housed in a body
Who possesses a soul
I’m in control of my soul
My thoughts, heart, emotions and drives don’t drive me
I’m in the drivers seat
This is humanity’s symphony
And when in tune with the divine
And in keeping with my reasons’ rhyme
Because we move in time
We are constantly becoming either in or out of align
It would help for us to understand
That of our emotions, thoughts and drives, we’re in command
For when we let those things get out of hand
It’s no wonder people have gone mad
Aren’t we tired of being so sad
We must realize our enemy is slick
He’s always trying old, new tricks
And time and again we believe the lies that continue to make us sick
And that keep us from reaching the only prize
That will ever truly satisfy
So if we will to see and be
A beautifully crafted human symphony
One that lifts others and ourselves above
One that lives as expression of both Truth and Love
We will rid our hearts of lies and hate
And everything that makes us reprobate
Ask God to heal all that ain’t
And humbly walk in love, hope and faith!
