In The Mix For 2026?

Been wondering what’s in the mix
For this New Year 2026
What was passing fad and what sticks
Bad habits we need to fix
More blessings, less conflicts
What will we create, what will we nix
Will wisdom or folly rule our lips
Will we destroy the pain others inflict
Or pass pain on to continue the rips
Will we watch our dreams sail off like distant ships…
Will we love all others RE-GARD-LESS
Or isolate in exclusive cliques
After all, what will decide how this year skips
Depends ultimately upon what we pick
So, perhaps to make this year 2026
Better for all, no matter our ‘predisp’
Is a bit of a perspective shift
And a desire to take a passionate risk
To live and love more like Jesus!
Cultivate close relationships
With others as God knits
Us all together until everything fits!
