What is Faith?
a rhyming reason by C C Keaton

An elusive concept just out of reach? Stealing rationality and reason like a thief? OR… is this mysterious intangible A connecting bridge to the infallible
That once you grab hold of is non- retractable A trust bond uniting Heaven and Earth impalpable
I found some acronyms helpful… Like, the simple,
Forwarding All Issues To Heaven
Or the more expounded,
Fallen humanity Adopted by God Intentional atonement Transformed by the Holy Spirit Held by God
But the explanation of faith Of which I most closely relate Simply states:
Fabulous Adventure In Trusting Him

“By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.” Hebrews 11:3 NLT
“So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.” Romans 10:17 NLT
“What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone?” James 2:14 NLT
“We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.” Hebrews 12:2 NLT
“Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” 1 Corinthians 13:7 NLT
