Unapproachable Light

Bathed in unapproachable light
You’re hidden from plain sight
But I feel the power of Your might
It raises me up to flight
Above all the struggles & plights
To a place unbelievably bright
Will we ever grasp tight
Your unreachable heights
Wrapped up in mysterious rites
Yet to my soul’s delight
Fulfilling insatiable appetites
And dispelling terrifying frights
Your light’s the victory in the fight
Its luminescence gives songs in the night
Shining a glorious pearly white
Despite dark’s chilling bite
Giving it’s recipients clearer eyesight
And assuring that everything will be alright!
